10 TIPS FOR CLEAR SKIN

1. I DO NOT eat dairy, refined sugar, too much soy & gluten, non organic meat, processed foods and GMO’S !!!

2. I drink LEMON WATER and JUICE DAILY for CELLULAR NUTRITION.

4. I use coconut oil for moisturizer and hair treatments.

Holding onto the moisture in your skin

I’ve been plagued with severe dry skin since me teenage years. It got so bad after each bath I would scratch like crazy for thirty minutes. I went to a skin specialist that told me I had eczema and he prescribed a mild soap. It worked. These days I just used ivory or dial soap. It’s less expensive and it works.

As I’ve grown older my skin is so dry it looks like alligator skin. I’ve tried moisturizers and lotions to help, but none worked to my satisfaction. I found out coconut oil does great for my skin an hair. I’ve been using it on my hair for a few months and it worked wonders keeping my natural hair ends moist and healthier.
