Eating the right foods is medicine. We should eat 6 servings of grains a day. Super grains sup up your immunity and keeps you healthy.

Some super grain are:

Buckwheat
Kamut – high in protein grain. It’s an alternative to carbs. It gives you more energy. It’s also a power snack.
Such as pasta..
Teff
